A space to land and gently unfurl

I offer individual therapy informed by trauma-sensitive, somatic and body-based approaches, with a commitment to mental health awareness, social justice and intersectionality.

My counselling approach is warm and attuned, deeply grounded in Somatic Experiencing®, nervous system awareness, embodiment practices, and the cultivation of a trusting relationship and a felt sense of safety.

I hold a Bachelor of Social Work and integrate learnings from various approaches I've studied, including Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Polyvagal Theory, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.

With 12+ years of experience in holding space for people through immense transformation, I bring a relational lens to our work together, always honouring your pace and what feels right for you.

I have worked in various roles and settings, including sexual assault trauma counselling and alcohol and other drug counselling. In these capacities, I’ve had the privilege of supporting people from LGBTIQA+ communities, neurodiverse individuals, refugee and asylum-seeking backgrounds, survivors of sexual assault and complex trauma, individuals navigating substance use, women and gender-diverse people with lived experience of incarceration, people impacted by family and gender-based violence, and those living with disability and/or mental health challenges.

Whether you're navigating a life transition, exploring somatic and embodiment practices, processing the impacts of trauma, grief or loss, untangling patterns and unconscious beliefs, or simply seeking a safe, grounded space to be heard; I welcome the full spectrum of your experience.

Together, we'll explore tools to support grounding, expression, regulation, and integration - expanding your capacity to experience greater aliveness in your body and to move through life with increased ease, curiosity, connection, and wholeness.

With deep respect, I acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work.
I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and honour the enduring wisdom, strength, and sovereignty of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.

My care is for folks of all identities, genders, and family structures.
