Grief and the Body Alter 3.heic

There is something deeply powerful about gathering in circle.

As experienced, somatically trained therapists, Kristina Sass-Nielsen and Naz Fowler co-facilitate gentle, skilfully held group programs that weave together nervous system education, somatic practices, trauma-informed movement, creative expression and the healing experience of being witnessed in community.

Our groups offer an invitation to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and explore new ways of responding to life's challenges, always at your own pace, and always with choice.

We offer tailored workshops and therapeutic group experiences for organisations, community groups and support services.

Together, we can create an experience that reflects the unique needs of your team or community, drawing on evidence-informed, body-based approaches that foster awareness, connection and resilience.

We have had the privilege of facilitating groups across a range of settings, including with survivors of sexual assault, women and gender-diverse people in correctional settings, sexual assault support services, and people bereaved by suicide.

With deep respect, I acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work.
I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and honour the enduring wisdom, strength, and sovereignty of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.

My care is for folks of all identities, genders, and family structures.
