 Co-regulating in Community

A gentle and skilfully held, body-based therapeutic group program co-facilitated by two experienced, somatically trained therapists - Kristina Sass-Nielsen and Naz Fowler.

Together, we explore nervous system education, somatic practices, trauma-informed movement, creative expression, and the power of being witnessed in community.

Our group is an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with your body’s wisdom, all at your own pace, and always with choice and freedom.

We offer tailored group experiences and workshops for organisations, community spaces, and support networks.

If you're interested in bringing somatic-based nervous system education, embodied practices, and co-regulation into your space, we’d love to collaborate.

We’ve had the privilege of facilitating this group in a range of settings; including with survivors of sexual assault trauma, women and gender diverse folks experiencing incarceration, for a sexual assault support service, and with people who have been bereaved by suicide.

Together, we can design a package that meets the unique needs of your group, team, or community.

With deep respect, I acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work.
I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and honour the enduring wisdom, strength, and sovereignty of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.

My care is for folks of all identities, genders, and family structures.
