 Loss & Release

“There is a sacredness in tears. They are not the mark of weakness, but of power. They speak more eloquently than ten thousand tongues. They are the messengers of overwhelming grief, of deep contrition, and of unspeakable love.”

- Washington Irving.

If you're walking the path of loss, in any form or at any stage, I am holding you in deep love and reverence.

I offer gentle, compassionate support for experiences of loss and release - including miscarriage, termination, stillbirth, newborn death, or preparing for an anticipated loss.

No matter how your experience has unfolded, your grief, your story, and your process deserve to be honoured and held. You don't need to move through it alone.

Online sessions offer a space for emotional support, somatic processing, story-sharing, practical and informational assistance.

In-home sessions allow for hands-on care, ritual, somatic processing and postpartum nourishment in your own space.

Please reach out if you'd like to discuss what type of care might best support you.

With deep respect, I acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work.
I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and honour the enduring wisdom, strength, and sovereignty of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.

My care is for folks of all identities, genders, and family structures.
