Hi, I'm Narelle, though most people know me as Naz.

I'm a postpartum doula, somatic therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher and group facilitator, living and working on Wurundjeri Country in Melbourne.

I believe life's transitions deserve to be met with reverence, care and deep respect.

I have the honour of supporting people through some of life's most significant, tender and transformative seasons and rites of passage.

I'm so grateful to be welcomed into the postpartum space to nurture, support and care for parents and families. It's profoundly moving to walk alongside people as they navigate one of life's most sacred, messy, raw and transformative thresholds.

Alongside my postpartum work, I have the privilege of supporting people healing from the impacts of trauma through somatic therapy and group work. I feel so passionate about creating spaces that gently build safety, community and healing.

Across every space I work, my intention is the same: that you feel deeply seen, gently held and supported.

With deep respect, I acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which I live and work.
I pay my respects to Elders past and present, and honour the enduring wisdom, strength, and sovereignty of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

This always was, and always will be, Aboriginal land.

My care is for folks of all identities, genders, and family structures.
